In a recent announcement, the South African National Lottery Operator, Gidani, confirmed the lottery has created three new South African millionaires in the last four weeks.
A player from Gauteng, scooped the R15-million Lotto jackpot on Saturday August 30. Another player from Gauteng won the R15-million Lotto jackpot on Saturday, September 27, and a man from Limpopo won the R24 million Powerball jackpot of Friday September 26.
Gidani spokesperson Dudu Ndendwa said: "It took four weeks for South Africa to have three additional people in its list of multi-millionaires. Luck truly follows the hopeful."
