Five main numbers and two lucky stars would have been required to scoop the £86.8 million jackpot. Four players came pretty close, but were a Lucky Star short so will have to settle for second tier prizes of £476,502.
Nineteen players won third tier prizes of £33,438 for matching the five main numbers, and a further 4,041,874 players were awarded smaller prizes from the lower tiers.
The next Euromillions drawing is on Tuesday, June 10, 2014. The estimated jackpot is £95 million (€118 million).
