Canadian Lotto Player Pops Out for Milk and Returns a Millionaire

A woman from Saskatoon, Canada, had a profitable lunch break when she popped out to get some milk and returned to work a million dollar smile.

While she was at the grocery store Keely Vickaryous decided to run her Canada Lotto 649 ticket through a self-checker and discovered she was onto a winner.

"I saw all of these zeroes," Keely recalled. "The nearby clerk looked at the machine and said, 'You’ve just won a million dollars.'"

When asked if she had any plans for her prize, Keely said intends to set up a retirement fund and set some money aside for her children's education.
