One Ticket Scoops Wednesday's UK Lotto Jackpot

One lucky ticket holder successfully matched all six of last night's UK National Lottery Lotto numbers and scooped the £2.8 million jackpot, but no tickets matched five winning numbers and the bonus ball, so there were no second tier winners.

Eighty-three ticket-holders won £2,158 for matching five numbers, and a further £3,636,738 was distributed in smaller prizes to lower tier winners.

The winning UK Lotto numbers drawn on Wednesday, July 2, 2014, were 01, 18, 20, 38, 43, and 48. The bonus number was 42.

UK National Lottery Lotto drawings are held on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The Saturday, July 5, 2014, drawing has an estimated jackpot of £4.2 million.
