Main Man Doing Bird for Christmas Stealing Spree

A man from Maine, USA, who went spent the Christmas Holiday season stealing scratch-off lottery tickets could be spending the next three years on extended vacation in the state prison.

Saco resident, Nathaniel Glavin, 35, was sentenced at Rockingham Superior Court on Tuesday morning after he pleaded guilty to two theft felonies relating to stores in Exeter, Hampton, Newmarket, Portsmouth and Stratham.

Glavin's stealing spree began on Christmas Eve 2013, when he stole tickets from three stores. He targeted three more stores between December 27 and December 29.

Judge Marguerite Wageling sentenced the lottery-loving criminal to 1 ½ to 3 years in prison for one charge and gave him a suspended sentence of a further 1 ½ to 3 years for the second charge.
