Ivory Mitchell purchased his the two "Crossword" tickets on July 20, and both tickets appeared to have won $1,000, but when he tried to claim the prizes he was informed the tickets were misprints.
Mitchell thinks the lottery should payout regardless of the error because the mistake was theirs, but it is unclear whether this will be the case. He was told to complete a claim form and expects to hear the lottery's decision sometime within the next 30 days.
