Tonight's jackpot has been pumped up by nine rollovers, but Friday, June 6, 2014, was always going to be a big night for Euromillions players because a Euromillions Superdraw was scheduled several weeks ago.
Superdraws offer a guaranteed €100 million jackpot, but the normal jackpot already surpasses the scheduled jackpot so the Superdraw has been cancelled. This is the first time a Euromillions Superdraw has had to be postponed for this reason.
The money that would have been used for the Superdraw will remain in the Euromillions Reserve Fund and be used for future draws and promotions.
