Winning such a substantial amount of money has not been without its consequences though.
"I've only had about two hours sleep per night since I found out," the man said. "I wake up in the middle of the night and giggle because I still can't believe I've won."
His lotto windfall may have got him all a-giggle, but the winner is not short of ideas on how to spend his cash. He intends to pay of both his own and his brother's mortgages, organize a 'big family holiday' to America, and treat the children to a trip to Disneyland.
