Delores Rumbolt won the guaranteed $1-million prize in the Lotto 649 drawing held on May 7, but had no idea that shed won until she visited her local Circle K supermarket on Thursday morning to collect a CAD$ 50 prize from a Scratch 'n Win ticket. She had checked her lotto ticket at the same time and got the shock of her life when the store clerk told her how much she'd won.
With money no longer an object, Rumbolt has only one thing standing between her and her dreams—she's not sure of the relevant gig dates for the Stones and Springsteen concerts.
