TV Advertisement Inspires $1 million Lottery Win
A man from Fresno County was so impressed by a TV advertisement for the California Lottery's 'Black Exclusive' scratch-off ticket he raided his swear jar so he could go out and buy one. His spur-of-the-moment decision turned out to be a profitable one because his $10 purchase resulted in a $1 million win.
