Mother of Two has a Winning Easter Experience

A trip to the fish and chip shop turned Good Friday into a profitable Friday for Cambridgeshire resident Julie Ann Munday.

The twenty-year-old mother of two had a craving for fish and chips so her mother, Sarah, paid a quick visit to the fish and chip shop in Ely High Street. While she out Sarah popped into the local Spar supermarket and bought a UK National Lottery Purple Scratchcard with the change.

Julia Ann began scratching the card while she was eating and got the surprise of her life when she realized she'd just won £100,000.

"I just couldn’t believe that my craving for fish and chips on Good Friday would lead to such a lucky turn of events," Julie Ann said.

She now plans to use some of her purple scrachcard winning to buy a yellow mini, but before does so she has one other urgent priority—some driving lessons.
