It looks
like being a good week for Canada Lotto 6/49 players because lotto organizers Ontario
Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) have added ten extra jackpots.
This week, in addition to the normal jackpots for the on Wednesday and Saturday drawings, there will be five more $1 million jackpots up for grabs in each draw.
"What
better way to reward our players than by offering extra $1 million
prizes?" said Wendy Montgomery (OLG Vice President, Lottery Marketing
& Sales). "With this many chances, someone is going to win. It could
be you!"
Since its
launch, in June 1982, Lotto 6/49 players have bagged over $10 billion in prizes.
Drawings take place Wednesday and Saturday, shortly after the 21:00 (ET) ticket
purchase cut-off time.
