Mega Millions Winner Scratches Out a Second Lottery Win

Last October, Amy Rowland, from China Grove, North Carolina, won a $250,000 (US) Mega Millions prize. Now she's proved that Lady Luck is still by her side by winning $1 million on a $120 Million Cash scratch card.

"It didn’t feel real," Rowland confessed. "It was just as surprising as the last time."
Players who scratch away a $1 million win on the lottery's $120 Million Cash game can choose to take a $600,000 lump sum, or receive annual payment of $50,000 for the next 20 years. Roland opted for a lump sum and received $415,206, after state and federal taxes. "I’m going to take my grandkids on a cruise," she stated, while collecting her winnings on Friday.
