Lucky Lotto Grandmother had a Premonition she Would Win

An Australian Grandmother won $520,831.15 in last Saturday's (Australia) Lotto draw.

The winner, who comes from Ipswich, has exercised her right to remain anonymous, but admitted to lottery officials that she'd had a premonition that a big win was in air. "I had this odd feeling, like a psychic feeling, that I should buy a lotto ticket because I was going to win on Saturday," she said.

The lucky lotto ticket was purchased from the Bundamba News and, store owners, Anne Markey and Emily Nugent, were thrilled to hear the good news. "We get very excited by it and so do our customers," Mrs Markey said. "It is a reminder that it could happen to anybody."
