A New York Lottery player bagged the incredible $321 million US Mega Millions Jackpot on Tuesday night, so the jackpot has been reset for the next drawing.
The lucky player, who has yet to come forward, is the first person to correctly match all five main numbers and the Mega Ball since the August 22, 2014.
Five other players came close to sharing the prize, but without the Mega Ball number their five numbers only secured $1 million prizes. That's still a lot of money, but what a difference the Mega Ball would have made.
The Mega Millions draws again on Friday, November 7, 2014, and has an estimated jackpot of £15 million.
