Police in Colombo, Sri Lanka, have launched an investigation into the death of a lottery winner who lost it all and was recently found dead at the bottom of a well.
When Sunil won his Rs5 Million (USD$ 38,124) prize he began drinking heavily and lost everything. His wife and children left him because they could not endure his terrible behavior and, when the money ran out as well, he was left with nothing.
He died bankrupt and alone.
Sunil's body was found at the bottom of a well. Police believe his life was ended during the night, but are unsure if he was pushed or simply the victim of a tragic accident.
