Visitors at Kansas City International Airport now have the opportunity to win a little extra travelling money from lottery ticket vending machines inside Terminal B.
The first tickets went on sale on Tuesday, August 5, 2014, thanks to an agreement was struck between the Missouri Lottery and the airport's vendor HMSHost.
Speaking in March when the plans were announced, Missouri Lottery spokeswoman Susan Goedde said: "We are always looking for new locations to sell our products, and KCI seemed like a perfect fit. We think airport patrons will find it to be a fun and entertaining way to pass the time while they wait for their plane."
