EuroMillions Winner Continues to 'Do the Right Thing'

Irish EuroMillions winner Margaret Loughrey has announced her intention to fund the building of a giant Olympic swimming pool in her hometown of Strabane, Ireland.

When Margaret Loughrey won the €32 million Euromillions jackpot, in December 2013, she said she intended to spread the money around and 'do the right thing'. She has been making good on her promise ever since, has already given away half her fortune, and now intends to invest a further €8 million in a 50-metre pool.

Speaking to the The Star she said: "I'll do what it takes. We can find the next Olympic champion."
