Hoosier Lottery to Host Free Concert on Friday Night
The Hoosier Lottery is hosting a free concert on Friday, July 18, at the American Legion Mall in Indianapolis. The Indiana Black Expo Summer Celebration Summer Celebration Music Heritage Festival I will commence at 18:00 with R&B singer-songwriter Keith Sweat heading a line-up that includes R&B band After 7 and R&B techno-funk group the S.O.S Band.
