According to the Dutch newspaper De Telegraf, the lottery has agreed to provide the team with the majority of the funding required for 2015. BrandLoyalty will serve as a secondary sponsor.
The final terms have yet to be agreed, but team manager Richard Plugge sees the deal as a move in the right direction.
"When the contracts have been signed—and it looks very promising—this will be great news for the team and for Dutch cycling," Plugge said.
