The group, who work at Rocky's New York Pizza in Cascade, Maryland, all pitched in and bought seven tickets for the Saturday, June 7, 2014, drawing. One of the tickets matched all five numbers and delivered them a second tier win of $1 million.
Marianna Parascandolo, Francesco Infantino, Rocky DiCola, and Brandon Dougan claimed their prize on Monday and Dicola admitted to feeling little the worse for wear due to Dougan getting a somewhat carried away when he gave him the good news.
"He picked me up and bear-hugged me and swung me around like a ragdoll," DiCola explained. "My back's a little out of place, but it's OK, because I've got some money now to fix my back."
