New Jersey Pick-6 Produces a Second Big Winner after Six Month Dry Spell

The New Jersey Lottery's Pick-6 Lotto jackpot evaded players for over six months and then, after a dry spell of 53 drawings, the game produced two Big Monday night wins in a row.

On June 16, 2014, one ticket matched all six numbers required to win the $20.1 million jackpot, and another ticket holder successfully matched all six numbers drawn earlier this week.

The lottery is still waiting for both winners to come forward.

Speaking on Tuesday, New Jersey Lottery Executive Director Carole Hedinger said: "Now I can look forward to meeting two new Pick-6 millionaires—the winner from the June 16 drawing and the winner from last night’s drawing. It’s always a thrill to meet the winners whose lives will drastically change by this financial windfall."

Pick-6 drawings are held on Mondays and Thursdays at 19:56 (EDT). Tonight's drawing has an estimated jackpot of $2 million.
