Little Grocery Store has a Winning Reputation

A little store in East Peoria, Illinois, is no small contender in the luck department. In fact, the Little Grocery on McKinley Street has sold so many winning lottery tickets its customers now refer to it as "the Lucky Store".

The most recent lucky store winner bought his ticket last week and won £100,000.

Store employees said the winner was a regular customer who visits the store twice a day and always uses his own numbers.

Little Grocery store employee Debbi Inman said every time the store sells a winning ticket it brings more people through the doors.

"When the pots are high a lot of people come in hoping for that big pot," Debbi said. "You want to win and this is the place to do it."
