The winner,
who has asked to remain anonymous, will receive $394,716.70 after state and
federal taxes.
The wining
'Quick Pick' ticket was purchased from the Blackstone Tavern at 1344 Westloop Place,
Manhattan and the store will receive a $1,000 bonus for selling a winning
Ticket.
