Jon Clontz, chief executive officer of the Wyoming Lottery Corporation, stated on Friday he expects the first tickets to be available in June, but added it could be as late as October. Although tickets for the two multi-state games (Powerball and Mega Millions) will be made available, instant-win scratchcards will not because State law prohibits their sale.

Wyoming State Lottery is Just Months Away

Financial projections made last March suggest the new lottery could generate at least $5 million a year for the State, and maybe as much as $9 million.
